Before you can use these products, they must be activated and enabled for you by DHL Sales.

You must then add the products to your participations before you can use them in the Post & DHL Shipping app.

Parcel (V01PAK)

Use this product to ship goods within Germany.
Liability up to EUR 500 per parcel is included.
DHL Paket can be used for parcels weighing up to 31.5 kg.
The longest side may not exceed 120 cm.
Once you have integrated the Parcel product into the app, you can use many additional features, including visual age verification and various preferred delivery services.

With Parcel International, you can create the shipping label and the customs documents in the Post & DHL Shipping app.
Transport insurance covering damage or loss up to EUR 500 is included.
The maximum weight is 31.5 kg.
The longest side of the parcel may not exceed 120 cm.
Once this product is integrated into the app, you can use additional features such as Premium shipping.

The Returns product allows your customers to send products back.
It provides flexible parcel return options for your customers.
The app distinguishes between enclosed return labels, returns, and customer returns.

Warenpost International lets you ship small goods worldwide.
Once this product is integrated into the app, you can also use Premium shipping.
Shipments may not exceed a maximum weight of 1 kg.
The Post & DHL Shipping app creates the shipping label together with the relevant customs documents.
